The Bundy Arts and Victorian Museum is a nonprofit organization and one of Greater Binghamton’s major museums.

The museum seeks to acknowledge the importance and influence of Harlow E. Bundy, Willard L. Bundy and the Bundy Manufacturing Co. in the development of the local economy, early technology and management, and the company that is now IBM Inc.

After having restored the Bundy Mansion, we are dedicated to the preservation of this irreplaceable historical building, once the home to Harlow E. Bundy.

The museum is also dedicated to preserving and maintaining a collection of Bundy timeclocks, an invention that served as part of the basis of early information technology in this country; an industry that forms a leading role in the U.S. economy today.

Our connection with the surrounding community is important to us and we strive to develop and maintain relationships with constituents in the Arts, Education, Historical, Media, and Technology sectors.

Since our inception, we have participated in The First Friday Art walk sponsored by Gorgeous Washington Street, opening our museum and exhibits to the general public.

The museum serves the community by offering educational and entertaining programs to people of all ages and backgrounds. Our staff provides tours, art classes, workshops, and lectures.

We also provide space for joint-benefit programs, conferences, video festivals, and fundraising programs for non-profit organizations. Services we offer that benefit the nonprofit museum are; rental space for private events, appraisal services and clock repair.
